Welcome to Phoenix Rising where I believe in the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. After a profound spiritual experience in 2022, I am now a certified RYT200 Yoga Teacher.

Offering Karma classes to ALL Hampton residents September to December. You can help my business by:

• Just showing up with your mat, blocks (2) and a strap (and some water)

• Providing a quiet space for me to teach

Classes are geared towards ALL, especially those who are exposed to:

• Physically/Mentally demanding environments

• Athletes/Weight Lifters

• Office Workers

• New/Experienced Yogis

• Everyone is welcome

• I do not teach chanting or balancing poses

• I am not "Trauma-informed" certified

The benefits of Mobility Flow include:

• Improved range of motion

• Enhanced stability

• Increased strength and coordination

  Phoenix Rising classes are:

• Judgement free - Ego free

• Usually 60min, can be shortened for businesses/non profits/first responders

• Each student will be given a card. You can consent to adjustments by flipping card. I will show you how to use them in class

• At the end of your class is Savasana, an essential restorative pose which induces deep relaxation and allows your body to settle into its natural alignment
