We Celebrated 888 Today, Thanks For Showing Up!

Today we celebrated Lions Gate (annual cosmic alignment) simply because yoga naturally fell on 8/8@8am (last minute change to theme). 8 is the sign for infinity while 888 is an angel number for abundance. Lions Gate is where the Earth, Sun in Leo & Earth's brightest star Sirius line up making today the most potent time to manifest.

At the start I asked students to write down a positive intention/goal with their non dominant hand, then burn safety back in their yards (outside). This is a symbolic ritual where burning your intention releases into the universe.

Quick Tip: Non dominant hand writing may stimulate neuroplasticity, encouraging the brain to build new neural pathways.
