When: Saturday January 3rd at 3pm, please arrive 10 min early

-Your mat

-2 blocks

-Strap. Using a strap helps maintain proper alignment

-Small bottle of fluids/water

-Layer your clothing to stay warm

-Turn phones on silent and place in pocket so light doesn't disturb other students

-Classes start and end with a "ding" sound
