Using ripe bananas you no longer want. Peel, chop, bag, freeze. Break Flax Seed shells to release nutrients.
Serving for one
Frozen banana pieces (approx 1 banana)
Can of Coconut Water (without the palm sugar)
1/2 cup Oats (5g protein, old fashioned)
1 tbsp Organic Flax Seeds
20g Protein Powder (vanilla/similar tasting)
Add some spice: Cinnamon / Nutmeg / Other
Blend until smooth and serve
