Using ripe bananas you no longer want. Peel, chop, bag, freeze. Break Flax Seed shells to release nutrients.


  1. Serving for one

  2. Frozen banana pieces (approx 1 banana)

  3. Can of Coconut Water (without the palm sugar)

  4. 1/2 cup Oats (5g protein, old fashioned)

  5. 1 tbsp Organic Flax Seeds

  6. 20g Protein Powder (vanilla/similar tasting)

  7. Add some spice: Cinnamon / Nutmeg / Other

  8. Blend until smooth and serve

  9. You are ready to grind the day!
