Yesterday we focused on Hampton's Birthday....HAPPY 416TH BIRTHDAY HAMPTON! We gave thanks to the fearless and resilient Community Organizations & Leaders including First Responders; And ALL city employees.

Fun fact: Tongue scraping is healthy. Why? Because it removes bacteria. Avoid using the back of your toothbrush which pushes bacteria into the tongue. You want mouth health just as much as you want gut health.
