Karma Yoga is about dedicating one's work, duties, and actions as an offering, not for personal gain. You can practice this by increasing self awareness, cultivating compassion, letting go of expectations.

Selfless Action - Karma yoga emphasizes performing actions with the intention of serving others or a higher purpose, rather than for personal benefit or reward

Duty+Responsibility - Karma yoga encourages fulfilling one's duties and responsibilities with dedication and integrity

Conscious Action - It involves performing actions with awareness and mindfulness, understanding that even seemingly small actions can have a positive impact

Namaste.
